Dilatable in Water and concentration required for most of the application is 3 – 5%, i.e. 1:30 and 1:20 etc. Fully Washable and mixes 100% with water which means there will be no corrosion or pitting or clogging of spray nozzles/jets. 

It does not react with oil. It lifts off the oil by removing interfacial and surface tension and oil can be easily removed. 

Solution needs to be heated and will be very effective when heated to 55 – 65°.  

Being Non-hazardous material, less cost on Transportation, Storage and Insurance. 

It has indefinite shelf life.
